I counsel individuals regarding their health from a dietary or nutrition standpoint. I address a wide variety of conditions. My approach is to increase your understanding and connection with your body, so you notice the physical benefits of the changes I recommend making.
3 Month Personal Nutrition Coaching
12 sessions : $650
Three month series or 12 weeks. Each week consists of one hour video calls from the comfort of your own home. Making dietary lifestyle changes can be difficult, especially making the right changes. This is tailored specifically for you and your health goals. We will address any existing chronic issues where nutrition is playing a role. I can help you understand the healthiest diet approach for you and educate you on the research and science behind it. Then we dive into making it happen in your life.

10 week Intuitive Eating Course
10 sessions : $540
We were born to eat intuitively, responding to our hunger and fullness is very innate. However, the dieting world and exposure to calorically dense foods can lead to distrust in our innate system or decrease your ability to follow these signals. The Intuitive Eating program developed by Tribole and Resch, provides you with a workbook to walk you through understanding your body signals, thoughts and emotions. It also dives deep into ending the diet mentality and preventing the yoyo dieting trend.
