Individual & Family Counseling

Nutrition counseling is not just about creating a meal plan. I focus on intuitive eating as the main objective for lasting wholeness in your eating experience. Whether you struggle from an eating disorder, chronic dieting or nutrition related illness, I am here to help you. I first strive to do a comprehensive assessment of where you are coming from and help you along the road to finding peace with food.
